Bring Delivery Ventures ('Bring', 'we', 'us', or 'our') respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our websites, API services, delivery tracking tools, and merchant platforms.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information necessary to fulfill delivery contracts, including: Merchant business details (name, email, API keys), Customer recipient information (name, delivery address, phone number for SMS/WhatsApp verification), and Real-time Telemetry (GPS coordinates of couriers, route timestamps, and battery telemetry).
2. How We Use Information
Data is used strictly to calculate dispatch routes, provide live package tracking, verify Proof of Delivery (PoD) with recipient photo/signature, process payment transactions via Paystack, and optimize vehicle battery consumption.
3. Compliance with Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR)
Bring complies with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) and NDPR standards. We implement AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. We never sell, lease, or monetize customer or recipient data to third parties.
4. Your Rights & Data Retention
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Delivery records are retained for a statutory period of 12 months for dispute and tax compliance, after which personal recipient identifiers are anonymized.
